Cinnamon Ginger Herbal Tea

Bring two cups of filtered or spring water to a boil, then add one three-inch piece of cinnamon bark and five to seven thin slices of fresh ginger. Turn the heat off, and then add a handful of lemon balm leaves and two to three pieces of lemongrass stems. Steep until the flavors are strong enough for your taste (10 to 12 minutes should do it). Add honey or other sweetener as desired.
