Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients together to blend, adding enough Tabasco sauce to taste. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Make-ahead: Prepare up to three days ahead, cover and refrigerate.

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons crème fraîche
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 4 teaspoons drained small capers
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3/4 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Tabasco sauce, to taste
