- 2 cups chunked and seeded watermelon (use a melon baller or cut three- to four-inch pieces)
- 2 cups strawberries, de-stemmed and halved
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 6 basil leaves torn or sliced into strips
- Balsamic reduction, to taste
On a platter, combine the watermelon and strawberries, sprinkle on the feta and basil, then drizzle with the balsamic reduction. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
